I moved to Utah last year from Colorado, having never lived in a Townhome and moving from a large spacious home was quite the adjustment, but moving to the Allure Townhomes was a really good experience for me, the home is very spacious, comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. They keep the area around the complex clean and they stay on top of any issues that arise and I like that they make themselves available. The staff is kind, welcoming and they made my transition easy and simple. The location and proximity to stores, health care, gas stations etc. can’t be beat!

I’ve lived here over 18 months and I’m so grateful for the folks that work in the leasing office particularly Rylee, who’s been really valuable to this senior citizen. It really helps to have good people who work at the place you live and can trust them with their guidance. That’s not always the case, and it’s really nice to be greeted with a smile and not feel like you’re an annoyance when you go to the office for advice etc. thank you Rylee!

Payton took over as our property manager and her kindness and attitude is amazing! The property is very nice and modern as well.

We just moved in and had a problem with the washer over the weekend . The new maintenance guy, Austin was amazing, came right up Monday afternoon and got it fixed!

Nice new place

Beautiful apartments! I love the location, close to the freeway and shopping. The area is very clean and feels welcoming. The onsite team is very helpful and great to work with.
